Straight answers to the questions people ask most about Concora Credit, reviewed by our compliance specialist.

What is Concora Credit?

Concora Credit Inc. is a consumer credit company headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. Formerly known as Genesis Financial Solutions, it rebranded as Concora Credit in September 2023. It markets and services unsecured Mastercard® credit cards — including the Milestone®, Destiny® and Indigo® cards — and retail private-label financing for people with fair or less-than-perfect credit. The cards themselves are issued by partner banks such as The Bank of Missouri and Celtic Bank.

Is Concora a real company?

Yes. Concora Credit is the current name of Genesis Financial Solutions, a company that has worked with non-prime consumers for more than 20 years. It services credit card accounts on behalf of FDIC-insured issuing banks and reports account activity to the major credit bureaus.

Can I prequalify for a Concora Credit card without hurting my credit score?

Yes. The card offers such as Milestone and Destiny generally let you check for prequalification with a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry happens only if you accept an offer and submit a full application.

Does Concora Credit report to all three credit bureaus?

These cards report account activity to Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. That means on-time payments and low balances can help you build credit — and late payments can hurt it.

What credit score do I need for a Concora Credit card?

These cards are designed for people with fair to rebuilding credit, roughly the 300–689 FICO® range. There is no published minimum score; the issuing bank looks at your full profile, including income, existing debts and recent payment history.

Why does Concora Credit appear on my credit report?

If you have a Milestone, Destiny, Indigo or Concora-branded retail card, the account may be listed under Concora Credit (or its former name, Genesis FS Card Services). It is the servicer of the account, so it is the name furnishing data to the credit bureaus.

Is a card secured or unsecured?

Concora Credit's general-purpose cards are unsecured, so you do not need to put down a security deposit. In exchange, they typically carry an annual fee and, on some offers, a monthly maintenance fee.

How do I contact Concora about my account?

For an existing account, use the customer service number printed on the back of your card or log in to the official account portal for your card. ConcoraCreditApp.com is an independent site and cannot access or change your account.

What is the difference between Milestone, Destiny and Indigo?

All three are unsecured Concora Credit Mastercard® cards that report to all three bureaus. Milestone and Destiny are issued by The Bank of Missouri, Indigo by Celtic Bank. Pricing and limits depend on your individual offer, so compare the disclosures you prequalify for.

How long does it take to get a card?

Many applications receive a decision within minutes. Once approved, the card typically arrives in about 7–14 business days.

Can I get a Concora Credit card after bankruptcy?

Some cards — notably Indigo® — have historically considered applicants with a prior, discharged bankruptcy. Approval is not guaranteed.

Does Concora Credit increase credit limits?

You can request a credit limit review after building a history of on-time payments, typically six months or more. Some agreements may include a fee when an increase is granted.

How do I activate my card?

Activate online through the official account website for your card or by calling the number on the activation sticker.

How do I make a Concora Credit payment?

Pay online or in the official app, set up autopay, pay by phone using the number on your card, or mail a payment to the address on your statement.

What is Concora retail financing?

Concora Credit private-label cards (formerly Genesis Credit) let shoppers finance purchases at participating retailers, often as a second-look option when a shopper doesn't qualify for the store's primary financing.

How do I close a Concora Credit account?

Pay down the balance, move recurring charges, then call the number on the back of your card and request closure in writing.

Is there a Concora app?

Cardholders can manage their accounts through the official website and mobile app for their card. Download it only from links on the official site or the official app stores.

Who owns Concora Credit?

Concora Credit Inc. is a privately held company headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. It was known as Genesis Financial Solutions until September 2023.

What banks issue these cards?

The Bank of Missouri issues the Milestone® and Destiny® Mastercard®, and Celtic Bank issues the Indigo® Mastercard®. Concora services the accounts.

Does Concora offer personal loans?

Concora focuses on credit cards and retail point-of-sale financing rather than traditional personal loans.

How long does it take to get a card in the mail?

After approval, cards typically arrive within about 7–14 business days.

Can I get a cash advance with a card?

Cash advances may be available, but they usually carry a fee and interest from the day you take them. They're best avoided.

Does Concora charge a monthly fee?

Some the card offers include a monthly maintenance fee, often waived for the first 12 months. Check your offer's disclosure.

Can I close my card?

Yes. You can close your account by contacting the servicer. Consider the impact on your credit age and utilization first, and make sure the balance is paid.

How do I dispute a charge on my card?

Contact Concora using the number on your statement or through your online account. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, billing-error disputes should be sent within 60 days of the statement date.

Is ConcoraCreditApp.com the official Concora website?

No. We're an independent credit-access and education site. We're not affiliated with Concora Credit Inc. or its issuing banks.

Can I add an authorized user?

Some Concora offers allow authorized users, sometimes for a fee. Remember that you're responsible for all charges they make.
