Concora Credit App Editorial Standards

Last updated October 21, 2026

Our readers make real financial decisions based on what we publish. These standards govern every page.

1. Expert authorship

Content is written by team members with direct experience in card servicing, credit counseling or consumer-finance compliance. Each page names its author and reviewer.

2. Primary sources

We rely on issuer disclosures, cardholder agreements, company announcements, and regulators such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). We cite sources where facts could be disputed.

3. Fact-checking

Every page is reviewed by our compliance reviewer before publication for accuracy of rates, fees, legal rules and product descriptions.

4. Updates

Card terms change. We review each Concora Credit page at least every six months and whenever we learn of a material change. The "Updated" date on each page reflects the latest review.

5. Independence

Commercial relationships never determine our ratings, pros and cons, or what we say about fees. Partners cannot review or approve content before publication.

6. No fake reviews

We do not publish invented customer testimonials. Ratings on this site are clearly labeled editorial assessments.

7. Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and note significant corrections on the page. Report an error through our contact page.
